What you actually pay
Apple and Google set the local price themselves, so the figures above are a reference rather than a promise. In the United States both stores charge $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. In France the App Store charges 5,99 € and 44,99 €, and Google Play charges 4,99 € and 40,99 €. That is the same subscription at two different numbers, because the two stores use different price tiers. Your store shows the exact amount before you confirm, and that number is the one that counts.
The annual plan on iPhone starts with a 7-day free trial. The Android annual plan does not have one yet.

Frequently asked questions
Is WhispCal actually free, or is it a trial?
Actually free. There is no time limit on the free tier and no card needed. The phase that measures what you burn is the free one, on purpose, because it is the thing you cannot get from a calculator and the thing that proves the app works.
Why does the price differ between the App Store and Google Play?
Both stores convert from a price tier rather than from a live exchange rate, and their tiers do not line up. In France that puts the annual plan a few euros apart. We do not set either number; the store does, and the store shows you the exact amount before you confirm.
What happens if I stop paying?
You drop back to the free tier. Your logs, your weigh-ins and your measured burn stay where they are. The phases stop steering and the daily AI limits come back.
How do I cancel?
Through the store you bought it from, in your Apple or Google subscription settings. We cannot cancel it for you, and no app can. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
