What to write about
Anything. There is no tier of support to get past and no form to fill in.
- A bug. Say what you did, what happened, and what you expected. Your phone model and whether you are on iOS or Android saves a round trip.
- A wrong number. If a food, a target or your Real Burn looks wrong, say what it showed and what you think it should be. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs.
- Billing. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google rather than by us, but write anyway if something looks wrong and we will help you work out which one to ask.
- Your data. To see what is held about you, correct it, or have it erased. Erasure is also a button in the app, under account settings.
- Disagreement. If the app is wrong about nutrition, say so. That is a useful email.
What to expect
A reply from one person, not a queue. That means it is usually quick and occasionally slow, and it is never a template.
Feature requests are read and most are not built, because the app stays small on purpose. The ones that get built usually arrive as an argument about why the current behaviour is wrong, rather than as a list.
